Justin Steinberg

Justin Steinberg teaches Italian literature at the University of Chicago and edits the journal Dante Studies. He is the author of Accounting for Dante: Urban Readers and Writers in Late Medieval Italy (University of Notre Dame Press, 2007) and Dante and the Limits of the Law (University of Chicago Press, 2013). He is currently finishing a book on Boccaccio, law, and mimesis.
