Public Books aims to publish reviews within 6 months of a work’s first publication or appearance. Please keep your pitch to 500 or fewer words and include “PITCH” in the subject line, and direct your email to editorial@publicbooks.org. Pitches should answer the following questions: Why is this intervention necessary? Why is it necessary now? Why are you the right person to make this intervention?
For interview pitches, please also include an edited transcript of no more than 5,000 words with your pitch.
