Sherilyn Nicolette Hellberg is a writer and literary translator. Her work has appeared in the New Yorker, the Paris Review, and Frieze, among other places, and her translation of Jonas Eika’s After the Sun was longlisted for the International Booker Prize. Currently, she’s writing a kind of biography of Tove Ditlevsen. She holds a PhD in comparative literature from the University of California, Berkeley.
