Charlotte Rogers

Charlotte Rogers is an aphasia caregiver and Associate Professor of Spanish at the University of Virginia. She is the author of two books of Latin American literary criticism, Jungle Fever: Exploring Madness and Medicine in Twentieth-Century Tropical Narratives (Vanderbilt University Press, 2012) and Mourning El Dorado: Literature and Extractivism in the Contemporary American Tropics (University of Virginia Press, 2019).
