Rebecca Janzen is an assistant professor of Spanish and comparative literature in the Department of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures at the University of South Carolina. She is the author of The National Body in Mexican Literature: Collective Challenges to Biopolitical Control (Palgrave, 2015) and Liminal Sovereignty: Mennonites and Mormons in Mexican Culture (SUNY Press, 2018).
