Isis Semaj-Hall is an assistant professor of Caribbean literature and pop culture in the department of Literatures in English at the University of the West Indies, Mona. As the Riddim Writer, she podcasts For Posterity. As a Caribbean storytelling advocate, she cofounded and edits the online magazine PREE. Her research explores identities at the intersection of dub and the word. Her critiques have been published in both scholarly and nonacademic outlets.
