Selin Bengi Gümrükçü is a postdoctoral associate in the Department of Political Science, Rutgers University. She earned her PhD from the University of Zurich and is currently finalizing a manuscript titled “Protest and Politics in Turkey in the 1970s: The Making of a Protest Wave” for Routledge.
