Hannah Frydman is a PhD candidate in History at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where she is specializing in modern European history and women’s and gender history. Her research investigates the convergence of media, business, gender, and sexuality in the Parisian classifieds during the 19th and early 20th centuries.
