Billy Fleming is the Wilks Family Director of the McHarg Center at the University of Pennsylvania Stuart Weitzman School of Design. He is coauthor of The Indivisible Guide (2017) and coeditor of Design with Nature Now (2019). Before joining Penn, Billy worked on urban policy development in the White House Domestic Policy Council during the Obama administration.
