Katherine McKittrick is a professor of gender studies and Black studies at Queen’s University, in Ontario, Canada. She is the author of Demonic Grounds: Black Women and the Cartographies of Struggle (University of Minnesota Press, 2006) and Dear Science and Other Stories (Duke University Press, 2021).
