Robert L. Tsai is Professor of Law at Boston University and Laurence Rockefeller Fellow at Princeton’s University Center for Human Values. He is the author of several books on legal history and constitutional law, including his latest, Demand the Impossible: One Lawyer’s Pursuit of Equal Justice for All (Norton, 2024).
