Lewis Ampidu Clorméus

Lewis A. Clorméus is a sociologist. He teaches at the State University of Haiti in Port-au-Prince (l’Université d’État d’Haïti). He is currently Associate Research Scholar in the Department of African American Studies at Yale University and secretary of the Société Haïtienne d’Histoire, de Géographie et de Géologie. He is also a fellow in Pierson College at Yale University. Among his most recent publications are, Duverneau Trouillot et le vodou (Duverneau Trouillot and Vodou) (2016) and Le Vodou, le prêtre et l’ethnologue (Vodou, the preacher and the ethnologist) (2020).
