Benjamin Morgan is Assistant Professor of English at the University of Chicago, where his research and teaching address intersections of science, literature, and aesthetics in nineteenth-century Britain. His first book, The Outward Mind: Materialist Aesthetics in Victorian Science and Literature, will appear in May 2017 from the University of Chicago Press.
