Elizabeth Bernstein

Elizabeth Bernstein is Chair of Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies and Professor of Sociology at Barnard College. She has published widely on the political economy of the body, gender, and sexuality. She is currently engaged in research for an autoethnographic project exploring the biopolitical management of autoimmune disorders and the sequalae of infectious disease.
