John Lehr earned an MFA from the Yale University School of Art and a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art. His work has been exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art, New York; Carnegie Museum of Art, Pittsburg; Walker Art Center, Minneapolis and the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington DC. He is currently head of the Photography Board of Study at Purchase College, SUNY. Lehr is represented by Kate Werble Gallery, New York.
