Jeffrey Careyva (he/him/his) is an instructor of English at Harvard University. His research focuses on disability studies and modern anglophone literature, with articles in The Journal of Modern Literature and for the Poetry Foundation. His doctoral work showcases the poetics of communication disabilities in authors such as William Carlos Williams, Theresa Hak Kyung Cha, and Sonia Sanchez.
