Dexter Fergie is a postdoctoral fellow at the University of British Columbia. He is working on a book titled The World’s Headquarters: The United Nations, the United States, and the Place of Global Governance. His writing has appeared in, among other places, The Atlantic, The New Republic, and Bloomberg.
